Communications to the Firm, or any of its employees, in any method: email, telephone, Instant Messaging, text (or any other medium) are not considered confidential or privileged, until the Firm has agreed to represent you as a client. The mere contact of the Firm does not make you a client, and no attorney-client privilege will attach, nor is the communication you send confidential until the Firm has agreed to represent you.
