Peter Nakonechni focuses his practice on the Firm’s core litigation and trial matters, including restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims.
Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Pete was a civil litigator at a firm in Philadelphia. He is a 2014 graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. During law school, Pete worked in the Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor, Michigan) Public Defender’s Office and as an extern in the United States Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia. Following law school, he supported the Honorable Donna M. Woelpper of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania as a Fellow. Pete earned his Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
