Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Domenica was a civil litigator at a firm in Philadelphia. She is a 2023 graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Domenica served as the Managing Editor of Research and Writing for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. She also worked as a legal research assistant on employment law and Title IX issues, was a Civil Procedure teaching assistant, was Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Organization, was a Staff Writer for the Villanova Sports Law Blog, and helped to develop Villanova’s first forum focusing on Title IX. Domenica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Catholic University of America, where she was an assistant coach of the women’s basketball team, worked as an assistant to the Athletic Director for NCAA compliance, and was on the Dean’s List. She is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania.
