The DOL Issues Even More FFCRA Guidance

On April 1, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued its final regulations on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The DOL hosted a webinar on Friday about the regulations using these slides. The slides provide a great overview of the law.  You can find more granular detail about the law in the DOL’s FFCRA Questions and Answers, which the DOL has updated once again (new questions and answers are at Nos. 60 through 79).  The additions focus mainly on employee eligibility for leave for caring for others and how to pay leave to seasonal employees with irregular schedules.
