On July 18, 2024, five Rubin Fortunato employees (Brooke Palma, Office Administrator; Lisa Chapman, Paralegal; Donald Rubendall, Director of Finance and Operations; Ava Petrellese, Paralegal; and Michael Einhorn, Director of Information Systems) spent a day out of the office volunteering at The Timothy School, the oldest non-profit approved private school in Pennsylvania devoted exclusively to teaching students with autism.

Our team painted, cleaned, and organized the school’s beloved Music Therapy classroom, where Jake Mauersberg, the school’s Music Therapist, helps students to develop or improve communication skills, social skills, and sensory integration.  Our team also met some students and learned about the school’s history from Sarah Hale, Director of Development, and Sarah Greim, Executive Director.

Our team enjoyed The Timothy School’s hospitality for the day and were happy to join in the effort to create an inclusive community where all individuals are welcomed and celebrated.
