Wills for Heroes is a program that the Pennsylvania Bar Association sponsors to provide free basic estate planning documents to military veterans and first responders.
On Saturday, November 2, 2024, volunteer attorneys, notaries, and others gathered at the Chester County Bar Association for a Wills for Heroes event.
After training with Courtney Wiggins of Clarion Law, Rubin Fortunato attorneys Michelle Liebesman, Patricia Tsipras, and Chelsea Hollenstein met with Heroes to prepare wills, financial powers of attorney, and health care powers of attorney, which estate planning attorneys then reviewed. Nella Venella (Paralegal) and Brooke Palma (Office Administrator) served as notaries for the event.
It was the second time that Rubin Fortunato supported a Wills for Heroes event and the experience was every bit as rewarding as the first time.
