Effective December 16, 2022, New York State amended its Labor Law in response to the increase in remote work arrangements to require employers to provide mandatory legal notices to employees in both physical and electronic formats.  Electronic notices may be provided via email or the employer’s website, and employers must inform employees that all of the physically posted notices also are available electronically.
