On Monday, June 16th, a group of 15 from Rubin Fortunato spent an afternoon out of the office volunteering at the Mitzvah Circle’s new location in Lansdale, PA.
Mitzvah Circle supports families in crisis by distributing and delivering personalized care packages containing clothing, shoes, diapers, period supplies, books, food, and toiletries. Our team “shopped” for families in need at Mitzvah Circle’s sprawling warehouse and packed and checked each box to ensure the families were given what they need.
Rubin Fortunato has been a long-time supporter of Mitzvah Circle’s mission to “fill the gaps, to provide items that are not covered by government assistance.” In November 2023, Rubin Fortunato collected nearly 650 items for Mitzvah Circle. Additionally, we were thrilled to feature Mitzvah Circle’s founder, Fran Held, in our Women to Watch series in 2024. We continue to celebrate and be appreciative of this organization’s commitment to families in need in our community.
