Course Description
The COVID-19 pandemic shed light on a mental health crisis that already existed. In this free 60-minute CLE, we will address the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other laws in a discussion about how employers can be part of the solution to this mental health crisis. Promoting good mental health and supporting workers with mental health conditions takes time, effort, and money. But not doing so is even more costly.
Approved for CLE credit in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Texas.
CLE credit for New York applies under the New York Approved Jurisdiction Policy.
