Benjamin Levine focuses his practice on the Firm’s core litigation and trial matters, including restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims.

Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ben handled civil litigation defense work at a firm in Philadelphia.  He is a 2014 graduate, cum laude, of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he received a Merit Scholarship and was the Articles Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.  During law school, Ben worked as an extern in the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Athens, Georgia, and as a summer associate for a real estate law firm in Manhattan, New York.  Following law school, Ben served as a law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.  He is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
