My philosophy is to counsel and, when necessary, litigate on behalf of every client to arrive at a cost effective, common sense solution to their legal and business needs.  To achieve this result, the initial step is to listen to the client and formulate a specific, tailored plan of action to reach the client’s needs.

Preston Satchell focuses his practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims.

Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Preston worked at law firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, handling commercial litigation, transition and construction litigation, and employment transactions and litigation matters, and he gained first-chair trial experience in several employment matters.  Preston obtained his JD in 2008 from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Max Rosenn Scholarship and served as a Senior Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change.  He also earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business in 2008 and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Temple University in 2005.  Preston is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
