No two cases are the same.  My objective is to listen to clients and understand their perspective so I may provide reasonable solutions to help them achieve their goals.


Nora Olsewski focuses her practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims.

Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Nora practiced employee-side employment law at a small firm in Philadelphia.  She is a 2017 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  During law school, Nora served as a law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as a teaching assistant of Villanova’s Advanced Trial Advocacy course, and as an extern in the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Nora also has a Master’s Degree in Professional Studies, Homeland Security Management from Drexel University and a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Susquehanna University.  She is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania.
