My clients run businesses. They are not interested in hearing about what I have done in the past or what I can do for them next week- they want to know what I can do for them today. I deliver results and do it quickly, so that my clients can get back to business.
Jeff is a results-driven partner to his clients, delivering immediate and strategic results consistent with their business objectives. He works directly with clients on such issues as: minimizing the risk of litigation from current and former employees; defending against workplace tort claims; returning to business as usual after the loss of a key employee; enforcing employees’ contractual obligations; confronting an employee who is a perceived flight risk; advancing competitive business interests while still complying with legal obligations; and protecting against the disclosure of trade secrets to competitors.
Jeff has handled hundreds of employment-related disputes and has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving breach of employment agreements, trade secrets, wrongful termination, discrimination, compensation, and corporate raiding. In addition to his litigation practice, he regularly counsels clients on employee performance, termination, and protecting business interests after the loss of an employee to the competition.
Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Jeff practiced Workers’ Compensation defense litigation for a major Philadelphia law firm, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience.
