Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Jared was a litigation associate at a small suburban Philadelphia law firm practicing civil and commercial litigation. He also formerly clerked for the Honorable Darlene J. Pereksta of the New Jersey Superior Court and the Honorable Garrett D. Page of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Jared graduated in 2013 with a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and an LL.M. in European and International Business Law from the Universiteit Leiden Law School. He received the Leiden Excellence Scholarship, and he also received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship at Villanova. Jared was involved with Moot Court at both universities. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance in 2008 from the University of Pittsburgh. Jared is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
