Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Eliese spent a year as an Assistant District Attorney for Chemung County, New York. Prior to her service as an ADA, Eliese served as a law clerk to the Honorable Aimee R. Belgard, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Eliese obtained her JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017, where she won first place in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Intellectual Property Writing Competition, was a semi-finalist in the LawMeets Start Up National Competition, received an AmeriCorps JD Education Award, and was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and a LexisNexis Law Preview Scholar. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge, Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and to the Honorable Diane Clarke Streett of the Superior Court of Delaware. Eliese earned a B.A. in German Studies from the College of William & Mary in 2013. She is admitted to practice before the courts of New Jersey, New York, and Washington State.
