I am a passionate litigator who always strives to meet the needs of my client.


Cindy Morgan focuses her practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims.

Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Cindy was an Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, where she prosecuted 18 jury trials to verdict, and prosecuted dozens of misdemeanor and felony bench trials.  Before becoming an ADA, Cindy served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.  She graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2013, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review and National Trial Team.  She received several awards for her trial advocacy skills.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Temple as well.  Cindy is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania.
