Since joining the Firm in 2013, Ms. Hughes has developed, cultivated, and refined our eDiscovery practice for our employment litigation in both court and arbitration. She serves as the Firm’s eDiscovery Subject Matter Expert and counsels clients and colleagues on the full spectrum of eDiscovery issues from preservation through production. Her ability to develop and implement cost-cutting strategies to address eDiscovery challenges through data analytics, predictive coding, and customized redaction workflows has made Ms. Hughes invaluable to our clients.
Ms. Hughes received her JD from Temple University School of Law, where she served as a Note/Comment Editor for the Temple Law Review. She received her BBA, cum laude, from Temple University. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Hughes handled complex commercial and business litigation at a major Philadelphia-based law firm and a Philadelphia boutique litigation firm.
