Christopher C. Young concentrates his practice in the area of employment law, with an emphasis on the enforcement of restrictive covenants and the protection of trade secrets and competitively sensitive business information. He is a graduate of Carleton College (B.A. 1987, Comparative Religions) and a 2001 graduate magna cum laude of William Mitchell College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review. Before joining Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C., Christopher practiced law at a large Philadelphia law firm in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation. He is the author or co-author of several articles, including Document Privilege, 25 Wm. Mitch. L. Rev, 1153 and Admissibility of Expert Testimony – Supreme Court Digests Frye Test in Grady v. Frito Lay, Pa. Bar Quarterly, July 2004. Christopher is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey.
