Mary Walk counsels and represents clients on a variety of employment related matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets and employment agreements. She has extensive experience in complex commercial matters with expertise in counseling clients pre-dispute and in the litigation of commercial matters, in both state and federal courts. Mary graduated from Rutgers University with highest honors in 1994 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her law degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 1999 where she served as a member of the Temple Law Review. Ms. Walk is admitted to practice in the Third Circuit, the Eastern and Middle federal district courts of Pennsylvania and the district of New Jersey, as well as the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts.
