Julie A. Uebler’s practice specializes in the representation of employees in a variety of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour claims, as well as assisting executives and professionals with respect to employment matters, including drafting and negotiating employment, executive compensation and/or severance agreements. Ms. Uebler also serves as a mediator of employment disputes and as an independent investigator of workplace misconduct issues. Ms. Uebler has worked in the employment field since receiving her law degree in 1993, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. Uebler started practicing in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where her work focused primarily on employment discrimination and ERISA litigation. Thereafter, Ms. Uebler was in-house counsel for a large global pharmaceutical company, where she had responsibility for all corporate and U.S. employment, employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Uebler was the principal of her own law practice with a focus on resolving workplace disputes.
