Patricia B. Tsipras counsels and represents clients in mediation and arbitration with the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange, and private dispute resolution processes on a variety of employment issues, including gender and age discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Mrs. Tsipras also is experienced in enforcing non-solicitation, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements in state and federal courts across the country. She has conducted training programs for corporate clients, focusing on industry-specific regulations and policies. Mrs. Tsipras graduated cum laude from Duquesne University in 1996 and, in 2000, she graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where she was an executive member of the Moot Court Board.
