Julianne Peck counsels and represents employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, including all forms of discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, non-compete violations, and other related claims. She also has extensive experience representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, and has represented clients in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before various administrative agencies and arbitration panels. Ms. Peck graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1989 from the State University of New York at Albany, and received her law degree in 1995 from the Syracuse University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Syracuse Journal of International Law & Commerce. Immediately after law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel D. Lenox, Presiding Judge of Chancery, Superior Court of New Jersey. Ms. Peck was selected in 2005 and 2006 Pennsylvania Rising Star, and has been a featured speaker for the PBI Employment Law Institute. Ms. Peck is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York bars.
