Rubin Fortunato Welcomes Ken Massey

Ken S. Massey, Esq.

Ken S. Massey has joined the law firm of Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C. as an associate.

Massey focuses his practice on employment litigation and arbitration, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets, and defending against discrimination and other employment claims. He comes to the firm from Pepper Hamilton LLP, bringing with him experience representing a number of large businesses in litigation and administrative proceedings, including automobile component manufacturers, energy producers and distributors, and insurance companies.

Additionally, he worked with a multinational pharmaceutical company in a products liability class-action where his language proficiency enabled him to work with the Japanese affiliate of the company to train and supervise Japanese attorneys and paralegals on U.S. discovery law, document review practices, and key issues of the litigation.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, he served as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia.

Massey is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Temple University Beasley School of Law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, for which he has served in a number of leadership roles, currently as Corresponding Secretary.
