Peter Rosenzweig Joins Rubin Fortunato

Peter R. Rosenzweig has joined the law firm of Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C. as a shareholder.
Rosenzweig has concentrated his practice exclusively on employment law and related litigation, from his work in private firms after law school to establishing and managing his own successful firm for five years before being recruited to run the satellite Philadelphia office of Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel, L.L.C., a national full-service law firm.
He has handled both jury and non-jury cases in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida, and has been directly involved in numerous matters before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, United States Department of Labor, and Pennsylvania Department of Labor. Additionally, he has significant experience in the area of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediations and arbitrations of employment disputes and other related matters.
Rosenzweig is a cum laude graduate of both the Schreyer Honors College of the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Miami School of Law and is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Eleventh Circuits and the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Southern District of Florida.
