Gregg Marsano Joins Rubin Fortunato

Gregg W. Marsano has joined the law firm of Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C. as an associate.
Marsano will focus on employment litigation in the areas of restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements. He comes to the firm from Dechert, LLP, where he played a prominent role in developing and deposing expert witnesses in a variety of cases, and led a team of lawyers and paralegals in international discovery efforts. Marsano also played a significant role in briefing that resulted in the dismissal of hundreds of foreign plaintiffs on forum non conveniens grounds.
Prior to his work at Dechert, Marsano served as a Deputy Attorney General II with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General where he tried cases and argued dispositive motions on behalf of state agencies and employees
He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Grove City College and a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. During law school he served on the Editorial Board of the Temple Law Review.
Marsano is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
