Monica M. Mintz focuses her practice in employment law, specifically the litigation and arbitration of post-employment restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements. Ms. Mintz is a 2004 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law and 2001 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Delaware. During law school, Ms. Mintz served as a staff writer and an Associate Editor of Student Work for The Villanova Environmental Law Journal. Her article, “National Parks and Conservation Association v. Babbit – Titanic Mess, Restricting Cruise Ships in Order to Protect Glacier Bay,” was published in 2003. Ms. Mintz is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District Court for the District of New Jersey.
