Maria V. Martin counsels and represents clients nationwide regarding various employment-related claims, including age, race and gender discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, constructive discharge, defamation, fraud, and breach of contract. Ms. Martin also is experienced in the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants and in the protection of trade secrets. Ms. Martin has appeared before numerous state and federal courts, in addition to arbitration actions before the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ms. Martin graduated cum laude from Villanova University in 1995 and
graduated from Rutgers School of Law in 1998, where she served as a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. After graduating from law school, Ms. Martin served as law clerk to the Honorable Murray G. Simon of the New Jersey Superior Court in Newark, New Jersey. Ms. Martin is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York bars.
