Michelle A. Liebesman represents and counsels businesses and professionals on a wide range of issues involving employment agreements, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and related state law causes of action. She has been involved in litigation in both state and federal court, as well as before the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ms. Liebesman also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements on behalf of employers. Ms. Liebesman is an AV-rated lawyer with more than ten years experience. She lectures regularly on the protection of trade secrets and enforceability of post-employment restrictive covenants. Ms. Liebesman graduated cum laude from Dickinson College with a degree in Political Science. She earned her law degree from the Villanova University School of Law, where she was the winner of the 1994 Reimel Moot Court Competition.
