Imogene E. Hughes has over twenty years experience in complex commercial litigation and employment litigation and counseling. Ms. Hughes concentrates her practice in the area of restrictive covenants and trade secrets, providing advice and counseling on a variety of issues, as well as litigating disputes pertaining to restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and related topics. She also has counseled a wide variety of clients in the
employment area, with respect to federal and state employment statutes and regulations, avoiding and minimizing litigation risks, and development of employee policies. Ms. Hughes graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the
University of Pennsylvania and cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an editor of the law review. Ms. Hughes served as law clerk to the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
