Mark P. Harbison heads the Firm's practice in consulting business owners, management teams, and individuals on ways to minimize the litigation risks that may exist when hiring from the competition, in addition to handling restrictive covenant litigation. Mr. Harbison is an AV-rated lawyer with more than 15 years experience in representing professionals and businesses in litigation and consulting, and lectures frequently on the subject. He regularly assists businesses in drafting and reviewing agreements designed to protect trade secrets and confidential business information, and helps businesses conduct "risk-reward" analysis concerning the hiring of new employees. Mr. Harbison has represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials, has extensive arbitration and mediation experience, and has handled litigation mediations before self-regulatory organizations in the securities, medical services and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Harbison earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
