Timothy E. Games represents securities firms, the health care industry, and other businesses in disputes involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants, providing advice and counsel to his clients on trade secrets, covenants not to compete, non-solicitation, non-use, and non-disclosure agreements, unfair competition and raiding, fiduciary duty and breach of loyalty claims, and statutory issues that arise under state trade secret statutes. Mr. Games, an AV-rated lawyer, has trial experience in the National Association of Securities Dealers, as well as state and federal court, and has numerous jury verdicts, as well as hundreds of arbitrations, mediations, and depositions, to his credit. Mr. Games also has drafted employment agreements that protect client assets and trade secrets. Mr. Games graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and joined the United States Marine Corps, serving as an infantry officer with the Second Marine Division in Camp Lejuene, North Carolina. Following Mr. Games' honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in 1988, he attended Temple University School of Law. While at Temple, Mr. Games was a member of the Moot Court Board, and winner of the Spong Moot Court Competition.
