Amy M. Fritsky is a 2005 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and recipient of the Terrence H. Klasky Memorial Award and the Lena L. Hale Memorial Prize. During her third year of law school, Ms. Fritsky served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Fritsky received her B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. Before attending law school, Ms. Fritsky worked as the human resources / office manager for a software consulting firm located in Philadelphia. Ms. Fritsky focuses her practice on claims involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other related labor and employment claims. Ms. Fritsky also advises clients on employment policies and procedures, progressive discipline, and separation of employment. Ms. Fritsky is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
