Robert F. Fortin has more than thirty years experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation and counseling employers. His most recent experience prior to joining Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C. was at his own firm Monaghan, Ferrante & Fortin, P.C. Bob’s prior experience also includes that of partner and senior trial attorney for 12 years. In just the past ten years, Bob has taken more than 100 cases to trial, in both state and federal court. Bob’s area of expertise is in litigation and spans a wide variety of subject areas including those involving the securities industry, medical, scientific and engineering expertise; products liability; construction failures; and government contracts. Bob graduated from Villanova Law School after four years at the United States Air Force Academy and four more years on active duty as a Captain and field office commander in charge of special investigations on a Strategic Air Command base – counter espionage and major criminal investigations.
