Jennifer A. Ermilio focuses her practice on business counseling and restrictive covenant litigation.
She graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 and from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University in 2000. After graduating from law school, Ms. Ermilio served a one-year clerkship for the Honorable Arnold L. New of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
