Beth Delaney focuses her practice in the area of employment law, specializing in post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented clients in claims brought under Federal, state and local laws governing fair employment practices including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, negligent hiring and defamation claims. Ms. Delaney earned her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1999, and in 2003 earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia only.
