Deirdre E. Collins focuses her practice on the litigation of matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements as well as other matters pertaining to the employment relationship, breach of fiduciary duty, and similarly related topics. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Collins worked as a licensed representative and manager for a mutual fund company, holding NASD licenses Series 6 and 63. Ms. Collins was awarded the First Year Scholar Award to attend Temple University Beasley School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Collins clerked for Judge Jerome Simandle of the Federal District Court of New Jersey as part of Temple's Judicial Honors Externship Program. She was also Articles Editor of Temple's Environmental and Technology Law Journal. She earned her juris doctorate in 2004 and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
