Jill B. Clarke has more than twenty years experience as a trial lawyer and litigator. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and her law degree from Boston University School of Law, she began her career as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia. After six years, Ms. Clarke transitioned to private practice, where she specialized in the defense of doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases, and the litigation of insurance fraud. Ms. Clarke has tried dozens of jury matters and hundreds of arbitrations in the state and federal courts. Through this experience, Ms. Clarke has come to appreciate that client satisfaction is derived from a combination of early and thorough case evaluation, creative legal strategy and frank dialogue.
Ms. Clarke continues her practice at Rubin Fortunato & Harbison P.C. litigating employment and restrictive covenant matters.
