Helena Ciechanowski advises and represents individuals and businesses on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Ciechanowski gained experience as an associate attorney in the litigation department of a major Philadelphia law firm, working on complex matters involving commercial disputes, housing discrimination, products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, tort reform, asbestos, medical malpractice, health care law, and insurance defense. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where she was a Schreyer Honors Program Scholar and received a B.S. in Nursing. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002 from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University. At Temple, Ms. Ciechanowski was a member of the Temple Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society and received Honorable Mention at the Samuel Polsky Moot Court Competition and Best Brief at the Whittier Law School Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Ciechanowski is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
