Rachael L. Carp focuses her practice in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on employment law. She specializes in the post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, and trade secrets. Ms. Carp has represented securities broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer and industry disputes before the NASD. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1999 and earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2002 where she served as the Notes & Comments Editor of the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Carp is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
