Joseph P. Bradica focuses his practice on a wide range of employment-related claims. In addition to his commercial litigation experience, he has litigated discrimination and wage and hour claims in state and federal court. Mr. Bradica also has counseled clients on the enforcement of restrictive covenants, employee discipline, and severance agreements. Mr. Bradica earned an undergraduate degree with honors in 1999 from Pennsylvania State University. In 2002, he earned his MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Mr. Bradica also earned his J.D. in 2002 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was awarded Distinguished Performance for the Integrated Trial Advocacy and Judicial Clinical Programs. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
