Tim Games represents businesses in disputes involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants, providing counsel to his clients on trade secrets, covenants not to compete, non-solicitation, non-use, and non-disclosure agreements, unfair competition and raiding, and breach of loyalty claims. Mr. Games, an AV-rated lawyer, has litigation experience in self-regulatory organization (NASD, FINRA), as well as state and federal court, and has numerous jury verdicts, arbitrations and mediations to his credit. Mr. Games served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps before starting his legal career.
