Sean Duffy Shareholder
Sean engages in a national commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis post-employment litigation involving restrictive covenants, breach of contract, unfair competition, trade secrets and other economic intellectual property rights. He also has extensive experience in construction law and professional liability matters.
Sean has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as in countless arbitration and mediation proceedings. More than a litigator, he also advises business clients on legal strategy, risk management, and contractual matters. He works closely with clients to develop successful and cost-effective solutions to meet their legal and business needs.
Prior to entering law school, Sean served as an officer in the U.S. Army with the 34th Engineer Battalion. In this capacity, he served as a project manager for construction projects in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait and later as a senior battalion staff officer.
