Sarah Lessie Hopkins is an employment litigator in the Firm’s Competitive Hiring Practice Group. She focuses her practice on representing and advising clients nationwide on employment matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment agreements, competitive hiring, dispute resolution, and litigation management. She is also experienced in commercial litigation, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other related labor and employment claims. While attending Boston University School of Law, she was a member of the International Law Journal, co-president of the International Law Society, and participant in the Mock Trial Competition. After graduating from Boston University, Ms. Hopkins clerked for the Honorable Steven P. Perskie in Atlantic County, NJ, where she clerked in both the Law and Chancery Divisions. Ms. Hopkins is a New Jersey state-certified mediator and associate editor for the Philadelphia Bar Reporter.

  • Synygy, Inc. v ZS Associates, Inc. 2009 WL 1532117 (3rd Cir. June 1, 2009): Vacated district court's dismissal on Rule 19 failure to join indispensible parties and forum non conveniens grounds and remanding for reconsideration.
