Sally Ackerman King Shareholder
Sally Ackerman King focuses her practice on commercial litigation, post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, the protection of trade secrets, and other economic intellectual property rights. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. King concentrated her practice in the areas of products liability, environmental matters and complex litigation while she served as Vice-Chair of the Litigation Department at a large Philadelphia law firm. Ms. King received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1981 from Carnegie-Mellon University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she was chairperson of the Moot Court Board and received a number of academic honors including the Dean Dunmore Distinguished Advocate Award. Ms King is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
