Sally Ackerman King focuses her practice on commercial litigation, post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, the protection of trade secrets, and other economic intellectual property rights. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. King concentrated her practice in the areas of products liability, environmental matters and complex litigation while she served as Vice-Chair of the Litigation Department at a large Philadelphia law firm.
