Rachael Carp counsels and represents clients on matters involving the litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, employment agreements, trade secrets, and the protection of commercially sensitive business information. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carp represented securities broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer disputes and regulatory investigations before the NASD (now FINRA) and state securities commissions. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1999 and earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2002 where she served as the Notes & Comments Editor of the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.
