Peter Rosenzweig has dedicated his entire legal career to employment law and related litigation, from his work as an associate in private firms after law school to establishing and managing his own successful firm for five years before being recruited to run the satellite Philadelphia office of a national full-service law firm. He joined Rubin Fortunato in early 2010.
He has handled both jury and non-jury cases in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida, and has been directly involved in numerous matters before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, United States Department of Labor, and Pennsylvania Department of Labor. Additionally, Mr. Rosenzweig has significant experience in the area of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediations and arbitrations of employment disputes and other related matters.
