Ms. Wayne is an employment and business lawyer. She helps businesses protect trade secret information, draft and enforce employment and compensation agreements, and resolve disputes relating to employment and contracts.
In addition, Ms. Wayne represents broker-dealers in employment, executive compensation, contract, raiding, and trade secrets arbitrations and mediations. Ms. Wayne has experience representing policy-holders in insurance coverage disputes, and individuals in criminal matters at the trial and appellate level.
Ms. Wayne is a former law clerk to the Honorable John T. J. Kelly, Jr., of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She also worked as an intern for Judge F. Dana Winslow, of the New York Supreme Court. In law school, Ms. Wayne was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She also interned at the DC Health Policy Office of U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy.

- Merrill Lynch v. James Murphy - No. 9:09-cv-80553-KAM (S.D. Fla. April 9, 2009); Obtained temporary restraining order preventing former employee from soliciting customers after he removed confidential customer information from his employer
