Michelle Liebesman has more than 15 years experience in litigation and counseling. She heads the Firm's national practice in consulting business owners, management teams, and individuals on ways to minimize the litigation risks that may exist when hiring from the competition. Michelle represents and counsels businesses and professionals on a wide range of issues involving employment agreements, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and related state causes of action. A large part of her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating employee compensation and restrictive covenant agreements. Michelle’s solid reputation among her peers, adversaries, and clients was built on her dedication, experience, and hard work. Her results-oriented mindset and talent for providing efficient, clear advice helps her clients avoid litigation, saving them both time and money. She is "AV" Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in 2006.

- The Internet Olympics, American Bar Association Litigation Section (2001): Panelist presenter at ABA annual meeting on the use of the Internet to prepare and argue cases. Panel also addressed substantive issues arising out of employment restrictive covenants and the Uniform Trade Secret Act
