Mary Walk counsels and represents clients on a variety of employment related matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets and employment agreements. She has extensive experience in complex commercial matters with expertise in counseling clients pre-dispute and in the litigation of commercial matters, in both state and federal courts. After more than 10 years in practice, Mary understands that the most effective advocate/counselor is always “on the same page” as the client.
