Mary Walk counsels and represents clients on a variety of employment related matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets and employment agreements. She has extensive experience in complex commercial matters with expertise in counseling clients pre-dispute and in the litigation of commercial matters, in both state and federal courts. After more than 10 years in practice, Mary understands that the most effective advocate/counselor is always “on the same page” as the client. She prides herself on being able to help clients identify their business problems and achieve their goals in the most practical, cost-effective manner possible.
