He regularly assists businesses in drafting and reviewing agreements designed to protect trade secrets and confidential business information, and helps businesses conduct "risk-reward" analysis concerning the hiring of new employees.
Mr. Harbison has represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials, has extensive arbitration and mediation experience, and has handled litigation mediations before self-regulatory organizations in the securities, medical services and pharmaceutical industries.
